Download and share calculator estimates as professional PDF documents.
Downloading a PDF
On calculators with PDF export enabled, click the Download PDF button on the results page. The PDF includes:
- Complete fee breakdown with all cost components
- Estate details and assumptions used
- State-specific notes and disclaimers
- Your firm's branding (if configured on Pro plan)
- PDF header and footer settings (if configured)
- QR code and custom disclaimer text (if enabled)
- Date and unique estimate ID for reference
Sharing Estimates
Each estimate has a unique shareable link that you can send to clients. The link shows the same results page the visitor saw, and they can download the PDF from there.
ℹ️
Shared links are read-only and don't expose any lead information. They only show the calculation results.
Custom Branding on PDFs
On the Pro plan, PDFs automatically include your firm's branding:
- Your uploaded logo in the header
- Your brand colors for accents
- Your firm name and contact information
- Your configured PDF header, footer, QR, and disclaimer settings
Configure these settings in the portal:
- Settings > Branding for logo, colors, and white-label
- Settings > PDF Reports for header, footer, QR code, and orientation
- Settings > PDF Export for template defaults and disclaimer text
