Lead Notifications

Email Notifications

By default, you'll receive an email notification each time a new lead is captured. Configure notification preferences in Settings > Notifications.

Notification Options

Setting	Description
Email per lead	Get an email for every new lead (default: on)
Daily digest	Receive a daily summary instead of individual emails
Weekly digest	Receive a weekly summary
Disabled	No email notifications

Slack Notifications

For instant notifications in Slack, set up the Zapier → Slack integration. This sends a Slack message to your chosen channel whenever a new lead comes in.

Webhook Notifications

For custom notification systems, you can use Zapier's webhook action to send lead data to any URL endpoint. See Integrations Overview for details.
