Invoices & Receipts

View payment history and download invoices for your subscription.

Viewing Invoices

All invoices and payment receipts are available through the Stripe Customer Portal:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing in the portal
  2. Click Open Billing Portal
  3. Click Billing History to see all past invoices

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan details and billing period
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used

Downloading Invoices

In the Billing Portal, click on any invoice to download a PDF receipt. These are official invoices suitable for expense reporting and tax purposes.

Payment Methods

To update your payment method:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Open Billing Portal
  3. Click Payment Methods
  4. Add a new card or remove an existing one

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification. Stripe will automatically retry the charge. You have a 7-day grace period during which your Pro features remain active.

Update your payment method in the Billing Portal to resolve the issue.
