Send automated follow-up emails to leads via Zapier.

Overview

Automatically send a follow-up email to each new lead captured through your calculator. This keeps leads warm while you prepare to reach out personally.

Setup

Create a new Zap

In Zapier, click Create Zap.

Set up the trigger

Choose Made For LawNew Lead Captured.

Add Email action

Choose one of these email options:

  • Email by Zapier — Simple emails from a Zapier address (free)
  • GmailSend Email — Send from your Gmail account
  • OutlookSend Email — Send from Outlook

Compose the email

  • To: Use the lead_email field
  • Subject: "Your Probate Fee Estimate from [Your Firm Name]"
  • Body: Include the estimate details and a call to action

Example body:

Dear {{lead_name}},

Thank you for using our probate fee estimator. Based on your inputs, the estimated total fees for probating an estate valued at ${{estate_value}} in {{state}} are approximately ${{total_fees}}.

This is an estimate only. Every estate is unique, and we'd be happy to review your specific situation.

Activate

Test and publish.

⚠️

Be mindful of email regulations (CAN-SPAM, etc.). Include your firm's contact information and an unsubscribe option in automated emails.
