Automatically create HubSpot contacts from calculator leads via Zapier.

Overview

This integration automatically creates a new contact in HubSpot whenever a lead is captured through your embedded calculator.

Setup

Create a new Zap

In Zapier, click Create Zap.

Set up the trigger

  1. Search for Made For Law as the trigger app
  2. Select New Lead Captured as the trigger event
  3. Connect your Made For Law account
  4. Test the trigger

Add HubSpot action

  1. Search for HubSpot as the action app
  2. Select Create Contact as the action
  3. Connect your HubSpot account

Map fields

Map the Made For Law fields to HubSpot contact properties:

Made For Law Field HubSpot Property
lead_email Email
lead_name First Name / Last Name
lead_phone Phone Number
estate_value Custom: Estate Value
state Custom: State
total_fees Custom: Estimated Fees
source_url Custom: Source URL

Activate

Test the Zap, then click Publish to turn it on.

💡

Create custom properties in HubSpot first (like "Estate Value" and "Estimated Fees") so you can track probate-specific data on each contact.

Optional: Create a Deal

Add a second action step to also create a HubSpot deal for each lead. Use Create Deal as the action and associate it with the contact created in step 1.
